The teenage pop star, who is currently in the UK as part of his European tour, took to Twitter this evening as he was holed up in his hotel room in Liverpool – with hundreds of screaming girls outside.
"I can't even say hi to my fans outside cuz [sic] of the police," the 17-year-old Never Say Never star tweeted. "Some bull." According to sources close to the U Smile singer, Bieber was told by the police that the situation could turn into a "possible riot" and allegedly threatened to arrest him for "endangering public safety”. The sources added that Bieber and his entourage have been warned that if they step out on the balcony in sight of fans, they would be immediately arrested for "inciting a riot”. | |
